Practical information & Access

Located in the heart of the village, we do not have private parking.
But you will find two public car parks less than 100m from the hotel.
There are also plenty of parking spaces in the streets surrounding the hotel. All free.
If you have a lot of luggage to unload, you can use our drop-off area on Rue Nationale, opposite Crédit Agricole.

Our two dining rooms are air-conditioned, and also cool the bar and reception area located on the ground floor. The age of the building does not allow us to air-condition the rooms, but all the windows are equipped with anti-UV solar film. And during hot weather, we have air conditioners in the hallways on the upper floors and fans in the rooms.

Our restaurant is open 7 days a week, for lunch and dinner, during our regular opening hours.

Beyond the welcome, the cleanliness of our establishment has always been one of our priorities, as evidenced by the reviews and ratings of our customers.

Our entire team is committed to ensuring you have a pleasant stay.

If you need to arrive after 8 p.m., please contact us. We will inform you of the last time you can collect your keys from reception and, if not, the arrangements for checking in after this time. We will then process your room payment via mail order before your arrival.

We have a small garage where we can store your bicycle or motorcycle overnight. This service is free, but spaces are limited. Please ask when booking.

Our establishment is committed to the "Accueil Vélo" (Cycling Welcome) approach, which guarantees you'll find suitable services and a warm welcome on site. We are located 500 meters from the Vallée du Lot à Vélo (V86) cycling route. As for your bike, we dedicate a secure place for it for the night... so you can set off again the next day!

The “Accueil Vélo” commitments:

- Dedicated facilities: closed space for bicycles, repair kit
- Adapted services: possibility of eating on site or nearby, organization of luggage transport...

Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. This is the time it takes our housekeeping staff to prepare your room. Outside of these hours, please contact us in advance to best organize the details of your stay. We can store your luggage if necessary.

Late check-out (until 1:00 p.m.) is available upon request and for €15.

You have a wedding or an important meeting coming up and want to freshen up your outfit: no worries, we have ironing boards and irons that we can make available free of charge in your room, subject to availability. Remember to reserve them in advance

We have many family rooms: triples, quadruples, and a 50m² apartment (capacity up to 6 people). When the room layout allows it, we can provide you with baby cots or extra beds, which are charged respectively €7 and €10 / night.
It is essential to book before your arrival as our availability of extra beds is limited.

Four charging stations for electric or plug-in hybrid vehicles are available 100m from the hotel, via Révéo, the Occitanie public network. https://www.reveocharge.com/fr/

We currently have 3 PRM rooms as well as 2 adapted rooms with large-button telephones and indicator lights, and visual alarms (in the bedroom and bathroom).
Removable shower bars, shower or bath mats, and stools are available for the bathrooms. Please request these when booking.
People with reduced mobility are welcome in our restaurant.
Guide dogs for visually impaired people are welcome free of charge in the establishment.
Generally speaking, please do not hesitate to let us know your needs when booking.

We are partners of the Wonderbox, Smartbox and Api and You gift boxes.
You have a Wonderbox gift box: reservations are made exclusively directly with the hotel and are subject to the agreement of the establishment, subject to the validity of the gift voucher and availability on the requested date.

Gift cards can only be used as payment for stays booked as such. They cannot be used as payment for any other hotel or restaurant service.

You have a SMARTBOX gift box: You can make your reservation directly on the Smartbox website or contact us by providing us with your gift voucher number and the confidential 3-digit number. We will then make the reservation for you. If you can't find the date that suits you on the Smartbox calendar, don't hesitate to contact us.
